PHOENIX July 30, 2008 – St. Luke’s Medical Center needs motivated, caring individuals to serve as volunteers in a variety of areas including patient services and business departments. Volunteering at St. Luke’s Medical Center brings with it many benefits including helping others in need, free uniform, free meal voucher for each shift worked, and free flu vaccinations.
“At St. Luke’s Medical Center, we rely on our volunteers to add to the patient experience and help throughout the hospital,” says Jennifer Bentancourt, Volunteer Services Manager. “Whether a person is looking to give back to the community, learn about the healthcare profession or both, we have opportunities for them to serve. Our volunteers are dedicated community members who care about making a difference in the lives of others, and we want to open this opportunity to all those who have a desire to get involved and make a positive difference in the lives of others.”
