Community Health Seminars
St. Luke’s Medical Center offers a variety of health seminars for the community to attend. Physicians and providers present on pertinent health topics on a monthly basis. Seminars are free to attend and held in various areas of town including the Tempe Public Library and the Burton Barr Central Library in Phoenix.
EMS Continuing Education Class
Calling all paramedics, EMT’s, emergency dispatch personnel and St. Luke’s Emergency Department clinicians and staff. Join us in our monthly continuing education classes. Attendees will receive three continuing education hours and a Certificate of Completion.
Alzheimer’s Disease Caregiver Support Group
Are you caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease? Join us to discuss challenges, successes and information about being a caregiver for someone with Alzheimer’s disease. This monthly support group meets on the third Monday of each month.
Motion Academy – Total Joint Replacement
Led by a panel of health care and medical experts from the Center for Orthopaedic Innovation at St. Luke’s Medical Center, the Motion Academy provides patients with the practical knowledge needed to prepare for orthopaedic surgery, hospitalization, recovery and a better quality of life.
